Horizontal autoclave has automated process of sterilization of various products in soft package (lamister and plastic container, heat-resistant Doy-Pack bags, CPP bottles, glass, tin).


Horizontal autoclave for soft package has the following properties::

1. Fully automated technological process of sterilization of various products in package (glass, tin, lamister and plastic container, heat-resistant Doyi-Pack bags, SPP bottles).
2. Bayonet catch with a ring lining from a special high-temperature material.
3. The system of the jet irrigation, allowing to achieve optimum washing of each package (cans, bags) in autoclaves.
4. An opportunity of product processing under high temperatures (up to 145°C).
5. Maintenance of necessary superfluous pressure which does not depend on the temperature is provided for all stages of sterilization.
6. The autoclave has multi channel recorder fixing each stage of sterilization according to temperature, pressure and time.
7. Antiburning system enables to avoid of burning of a product during sterilization in autoclave.
8. The autoclave has the tank is covered with casing from stainless steel SS-304. The control panel and the testing equipment are built in a casing of the autoclave.
